Ida Kvetny is a Danish artist based in Copenhagen. Through virtual and augmented reality, Kvetny merges the digital with her works in paint and clay thus creating a multimodal visual world, where new types of representations can be imagined. For Kvetny, the subconscious occupies a privileged position, as her intuitive approach to image creation leads to places unreachable by rationality.

About Torso of Apollon AR Hybrid

The Torso of Apollon AR Hybrid is one of the main characters in my new XR project HERMES, 2022 - 𐀁𐀔𐁀. This project is based on SMKopens’ 3D digital archive and is displayed in its full-length at Nikolaj Kunsthal in CryptoPong exhibition this year.

The Apollon AR hybrid trancendens time and spaces. The AR hybrid is sculpted in VR with a 3D scanned plaster part of SMKopens archive with added new lems, colours and animation. www.idakvetny.com
